Dear Bill in Heaven I was so sorry to hear you had passed without ever seeing you again. I wanted to tell you I was sorry I had never come to see you again. I did ask someone if I could come to see you,but I think my timing might have been bad on this one. In my life you were one of my very favorites and your time was much to soon.
