Obituary of "Harrison" Reginald Mills

Reginald “Harrison” Mills, 65, of Nine Mile River, NS lost his fight with cancer on May 3rd, under the attentive care of the team at D3 of the Colchester East Hants Hospital, Truro, NS with his wife, Tricia by his side. His mom Marie Mills had said her goodbyes and waited at home in the care of friends and family until he let go of the pain. “Harrison” was born and raised in London, ON. He began working with computer systems in the late 1960’s, then moved to the Atlantic Provinces and became a Maritimer in 1974. He was forced to retire from the work he loved in 1999 when his health failed. Harrison was a Renaissance man, an entrepreneur, sailed, had his pilot’s license, rode his Harley, his horse and lastly, his tractor. Special thanks go to the QEII Cancer Centre. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Coldbrook Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive (902-679-2822). Tricia invites friends and family to join her in a Celebration of Harrison’s Life on at Saturday, May 28, all afternoon at their Bunkhouse.
