Dear Shirley and Family:
Joyce (Short) Newstead phoned me this morning to tell me the sad news. Sincere sympathy to you all. Jimmie was such a good guy and as far back as I can remember (quite a while) he was always there with a happy smile, whether on the ferry boat, at Voc, hanging around with my brother Jack, or at the dances on the Peninsula. Sad that he is gone. God Bless. NORMA
