Obituary of Flora Evelyn Arnold

Flora E. Arnold (MacKeen), 73 of Upper Dyke passed away on April 6 at the QEII Hospital. Born on August 9, 1950 she was the daughter of Donald and Ruby (Ricketts) MacKeen .

Flora is survived by; son Wayne (Tammy); daughter Crystal (John), brothers John (Marion); Ron (Sandra); grandchildren; Elizabeth Arnold, Maddy Arnold, Nate Tanton, and Ben Tanton; great-grandchildren Malcom and Ramiyah; many niece and nephews and sister in-law Sharon Davidson (Eric).

Besides her parents, Flora was predeceased by her husband, Derric (2017).

The family would like to give special thanks to her many very close friends that were there for her over the past seven years. “You have been angles for her in her time of need and we very much appreciate your love for her”.

A celebration of life will take place April 15 at 6:00 pm at the Canning Lions Hall, Canning NS. Family Flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Nova Scotia Mental Health.
